On January 20, 2026, the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) issued Document No. 364/EVN-KDMBĐ announcing the 2026 PVout coefficient in accordance with Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP dated March 3, 2025 of the Government.
Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP dated March 3, 2025, which details several articles of the Law on Electricity regarding the development of renewable energy and new energy (Decree 58);
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 10141/BCT-ĐL&NLTT dated December 23, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Official Letter No. 578/BNNMT-KTTV dated January 19, 2026 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment regarding the announcement of the 2026 PVout coefficient for calculating the output of rooftop solar power systems for self-production and self-consumption in accordance with Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP;
Vietnam Electricity (EVN) hereby announces the 2026 PVout coefficient to serve as the basis for calculating electricity output from self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power systems, in accordance with Clause 2, Article 14 and Clause 7, Article 35 of Decree 58.
EVN also assigns relevant units to publish the 2026 PVout coefficient on their official websites and implement the calculation of rooftop solar power output for self-production and self-consumption in compliance with the applicable regulations.
